Description

The Only All-In-One Light Therapy Solution

The Chroma Trinity combines Red/NIR, daylight, and UVB light to support energy, focus, recovery, and deep sleep in one complete light therapy system.

The Trinity is an all-in-one light system designed to bring multiple portions of the sunlight spectrum into a single device. It combines red and near-infrared wavelengths with daylight spectrums and narrowband UVB. Together, these wavelength ranges reflect key parts of natural light environments commonly encountered throughout the day.

How Do I Use It?

IRONFORGE MODE - Deep Red & Near-Infrared

Turn the Trinity on - this mode is active by default. Use it from sunrise to up to 1–2 hours before bed. Hold it directly on the skin, moving to prevent heat buildup. Sweep evenly over the body for 2–5 minutes. Prepares your body for daylight and supports recovery.

LUX VITAL MODE - Cyan, Violet & UVA

Press the gold button to activate daylight mode. Use in the morning to mid-afternoon only - never after sunset. Hold the light 6–8 inches from the skin, continuously moving. Sweep across the body for 2–4 minutes. Use at the same time each day for the best circadian effect.

D-LIGHT MODE — Narrowband UVB

Put on your UV-protective glasses and make sure there are no on-lookers. Press the black button to start. Each press adds 30 seconds (up to 300 seconds total). Use at midday - again never after sunset. Keep it 6 inches away and focus on the torso, arms and legs, moving constantly for even coverage.

Avoid the face and stop immediately if skin feels hot or irritated.

  • Morning: Ironforge 2–5 min
  • Daytime: Lux Vital 2–4 min
  • Midday: Add D-light 30–120 sec
  • All 3 Modes can be used at the same time
How Does It Work?

Trinity brings back three parts of sunlight your biology expects.

Red and Near Infrared

The Ironforge mode includes red and near-infrared wavelengths as part of the overall spectral design. These wavelengths are widely present in natural sunlight and are incorporated to provide balanced light exposure across the spectrum.

Cyan, Violet, and UVA

The Lux Vital mode emphasizes cyan, violet, and UVA wavelengths. These fall within ranges known to interact with nonvisual photoreceptors involved in how the body detects and responds to environmental light cues, including circadian and daytime signaling.

Narrowband UVB

The D-Light mode includes narrowband UVB centered around 297 nm, a wavelength range associated with the body's natural vitamin D pathway when produced through skin exposure. This UVB exposure is presented alongside other visible and near-infrared wavelengths to provide a more balanced spectral context compared to isolated UV exposure.

When used sequentially, Trinity allows for light exposure patterns that mirror the natural progression of sunlight throughout the day, beginning with red and near-infrared, transitioning through a broader daylight spectrum, and incorporating brief UVB exposure during midday hours.

How Soon Will I Notice a Difference?

IRONFORGE MODE

Ironforge Mode uses red and near-infrared wavelengths as part of Trinity's broader spectral system. Individual experiences vary, and responses to light exposure can differ based on factors such as environment, routine, and consistency of use. Many users incorporate this mode regularly as part of their daily or weekly light exposure practices.

LUX VITAL MODE

Lux Vital Mode emphasizes cyan, violet, and UVA wavelengths that fall within ranges known to interact with nonvisual photoreceptors involved in environmental light sensing. Users often choose this mode during daytime hours, particularly when spending extended periods indoors or away from natural daylight. As with all light exposure, individual perception and adaptation can vary.

D-LIGHT MODE

D-Light Mode includes narrowband UVB centered around 297 nm, a wavelength range associated with the body's natural vitamin D pathway when produced through skin exposure. Responses to UVB exposure depend on many factors, including baseline light exposure, skin type, and frequency of use. This mode is designed for brief, intentional exposure within a broader light environment rather than continuous use.

Trinity is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual experiences may vary. Always follow provided usage guidelines and consult a qualified professional if you have questions about light exposure.
