How to Use
Fully charge the device before first use. Place the wrap on your desired area (lower back, arms, legs, stomach, etc.). Use the controller to select your preferred settings (mode, brightness, timer). Wear it for 15–30 minutes per session, up to 3–4 times per week. The device automatically turns off after 30 minutes.
